Can't log in: confirm you are using the same email used to create your portal account.
Verification pending: some verification workflows require review time; check your portal status.
Document access: documents appear after required steps are completed and your profile is approved.
Funding instructions not visible: funding rails are shown after eligibility and document steps are satisfied.

Have entity documents ready if investing through an entity.
Plan for accredited investor verification (506(c) process).
